The Capistrano development has its own restaurant, mini supermarket and bar within a few minutes' walk of the villa. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.

The pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 8 meters x 5 meters.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.

The garden is large and has various spots for you to relax without being disturbed by others. The neighbor's dog may bark of beep a few minutes per day, yet he is just minding himself and he does not react to the people in the garden. Various restaurants, bars, small supermarket, bakery and the weekly market are within 5 minutes walk. Avokado trees and kaki trees in the garden. Good beds, even for a person 1m92.

Superb place to stay. The owner and Maribel were very attentive. The 40 minute walk uphill from The Balcon certainly keeps you fit. The garden gives a wonderful place to relax.

Villa Rosario is a bit of a gem. With excellent space and a great garden featuring a nice pool, seating areas and wonderful views, it is very much recommended. Ideal for four but accommodating up to six, Rosario has off street parking if required, air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the living room, and a large fireplace for winter bookings if required. We were invited to take avocados and lemons from the garden trees, which was a wonderful treat. It was very well presented, with clean, comfortable beds, fast internet wifi and smart TV. The kitchen was well equipped and appeared to have been recently refitted as was the bathroom A small detail, but when we arrived, we found the stove top coffee pot seal was damaged, so we contacted SpainSunRentals and within an hour, Jose had turned up with a brand new pot, in its box! On another occasion some severe wind blew over and damaged a couple of pot plants and these were replaced the very next day. If you have ever had problems contacting your rental agent in the past, don't worry here. SpainSunRentals made a Whatsapp group for us and they were always on the ball. We were at Rosario for two and a half months and did not even hire a car. It's a decent walk into town (and back up the hill) but the town bus stops almost outside! We hope to book again.

Been renting villas for the past 7 years and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. If you have never been to Nerja you are missing out. The pool is amazing and it entertained the whole family for the 2 weeks. Massive Mercadona Supermarket lesssee more
Been renting villas for the past 7 years and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. If you have never been to Nerja you are missing out. The pool is amazing and it entertained the whole family for the 2 weeks. Massive Mercadona Supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away and the town is 20-25 minutes. The photos don't do this place justice and it's bigger than you think. Amazing views of Nerja from the patio and it's lovely at night with all the bright lights. What's equally as amazing is the customer service we got from Spainsunrentals. In fact, we booked this villa as our experience with them last year was first class. They are available on WhatsApp night and day with any queries you might have and nothing is too much trouble. Listen to this for customer service...we left something behind at the Villa on our departure. I turned off my phone as we had a long stay at the airport and I wanted to save my battery. When I turned my phone back on I saw all these missed calls and a picture from Juan from Spainsunrentals of the item we left at the Villa. He had organised his business parter to get his Son to drive to a taxi and the taxi was on route to the airport to us with our item!!!! Who else does that!!! Will be booking with them again next year for sure. Fabulous Villa and 5 star service from Spainsunrentals
