Nerja town and the famous Balcon area are within 20 minutes walk.
Offering lovely views of Burriana beach and the sea from the balcony, this two bedroom apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Balcony with patio furniture overlooking Burriana beach.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout the property (also heats in the cooler months), iron, hair dryer,, private covered parking space for one car.
In the kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The apartment's location is fantastic, less than a five-minute walk to the sea. We had a hire car, but hardly used it at all, as it was so easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and to the centre of Nerja. There are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. It wax really comfortable, and very well equipped, with a lovely balcony, and great air-conditioning. I hope we will be back again! |

Agradecer a ellos y a la dueña por su amabilidad y rápida gestión. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo unos metros de la arena. unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza, muy cómodo. El ascensor tiene acceso desde el parking al apartamento, por lo que se resulta muy cómodo para subir maletas o compra.
