This 3 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. The property has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 5 guests.
Apartment SanJuan 18 is a second floor property with access via stairs. One of the best features of the apartment is the roof top terrace which has a Hot Tub**, BBQ, patio table and chairs and a lovely view across to the sea. Guests staying at this property really can enjoy being right in the heart of the resort, within a few minutes' walk of the town centre and beaches too.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Inside: Air-conditioning in the lounge only (also heats in the cooler months) Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, TV.
Outside: Roof terrace with Hot Tub, patio furniture, BBQ and sea view.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with a bath/shower and wc.
Apartment SanJuan 18 is located 72 km from Malaga airport, 105 km from Granada airport, 450 metres from Nerja bus station, 300 metres from Mercadona supermarket, 500 metres from Playa del Carabeo beach, 800 metres from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 500 metres from the famous Balcon de Europa, 2 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja caves, 7 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 25 km from Aquavelis water park, 28 km from Baviera Golf course.
The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.
A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however, the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.
All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning.
** When this apartment is rented for a minimum of 28 nights during the winter months, the discounted prices shown exclude electricity costs.**

The apartment location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from in the locality. A nice quiet residential area. The roof terrace was a great size, well appointed and not overlooked with a see more
