This 2 bedroom house in Nerja has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
It is a cosy property located on the quiet and popular Capistrano village development with access to pool areas: a large shared pool, separate kids' pool plus on-site restaurant, bar and supermarket and a near pool at Pueblo urbanization. The development has some pretty gardens surrounding the whole area. Capistrano village is within walking distance of Nerja town and beaches. It has wonderful, panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Patio with furniture, access to the large on-site pool and children's pool. Inside: Air conditioning in the lounge, Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French)
The main pool at the Capistrano village complex is a very generous size and there is a separate toddler pool nearby too.
In the open plan kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Casa Pueblo is located 75 km from Malaga airport, 105 km from Granada airport, 400 meters from Capistrano mini supermarket and restaurant, 200 meters from local bus stop, 600 meters from SuperSol supermarket, 1.7 km from Nerja bus station, 1.5 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 2 km from Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 7 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 3.5 km from the famous Nerja caves, 24 km from Aquavelis water park, 27 km from Baviera Golf course, 80 km from Tivoli world amusement park/theme park, 96 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The house is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children and couples too.
A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's location, close to bars, supermarkets and restaurants means it's quite possible to stay here without a car. A lot of the properties on the village are very dated inside and haven't been d /refurbished for a long time. This apartment couldn't be more different. It's modern, clean and has everything you need with a few extras.

It was spotlessly clean. No smelly fridge here! The beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine and dishwasher very helpful. The WiFi was a massive bonus, helped keep the kids amused in-between pool visits. Great location on the village being close to both pools. Patio area was lovely. Addition of comfy chairs and sunloungers was a nice touch. Good bbq facilities. Although it hadn't been cleaned from the last tenants. We cleaned it. Apartment is small, but has been designed to make the most of the space. For our family of four, it was perfect. |
