This split-level 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. The property is located within a few metres of two other villas that we offer, Villa Nira and Villa Villa Mirta.
It is a comfortable villa, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and lovely terrace and balcony areas to sit and relax outside. There are local shops and restaurants within 500 meters of the villa as well.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private pool , balcony and terrace with patio furniture, parking for one car.
Inside: Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French). A cot and high chair can be rented locally if required for a small extra charge.
The swimming pool measure 6 x 3 meters with a depth of 2 meters at the deep end and 1.3 meters at the shallow end.
In the kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has two bathrooms with bath and wc and one with shower cubicle and wc.
All three bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Villa Palomas is located 73 km from Malaga airport, 106 km from Granada airport, 2 km from Nerja bus station, 350 meters from local bus stop, 500 meters from small local supermarket, 1.7 km from Supersol supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 700 meters from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada, 80 km from Tivoli world amusement park/theme park in Benalmadena.
The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighborhood and is a popular choice for both families and couples.
A car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential.

Electricity consumption is limited to a standard use of the property as a holiday villa - the permitted kilowatt consumption will be agreed with the owner during the booking process as well as the rate for any extra units of electricity consumed. The owner will provide you with the initial meter reading on arrival and monthly meter readings thereafter. He will inform you if the consumption is higher than the monthly amount included.
Winter availability from November to February, other months could be also possible. Winter prices might vary from month to month.
