Casa Evelyn is a one bedroom house in the popular Burriana area of Nerja with one twin bedroom, a double sofabed in the lounge and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
It is a cosy house with air conditioning and a private pool; the accommodation being on the first floor of the building with steps leading down to the patio and pool area. The lovely Burriana beach and beach side restaurants are just a short stroll away.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Patio with furniture, private pool and BBQ, balcony with patio table and chairs.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout (also heats in the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French), cot and high chair.
The pool at the property measures 5 x 3 metres and is 1 metre deep.
In the open plan kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. There is a washing machine located in the patio area outside.
