This large and charming 5 bedroom villa in Nerja with a private pool and a jacuzzi, two double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and four bathrooms with capacity for 10 guests located within a 10,000 square meters plot with fruit trees. This is a very unique property due to its size and accessibility options.

The spacious villa has a traditional charm and occupies a large plot in a quiet, rural location. Guests staying here can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance. It is possible to walk to the Playazo beach only 1 Km away (foot access only).

Accessibility:
Arrival to Villa El Crucero is via its large electric gates, giving access to a private parking area with enough space for 3 cars. From the parking area it is possible to access the property via a ramp ideal for wheel chair users or infirm guests. This ramp surrounds the property and reaches up to the pool and BBQ areas. Inside the main building there is an internal ramp from the dining room/kitchen to the bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Outside:
There are 2 pools outside filled with salt-water for a much better quality swim than standard chlorine pools. The large pool measures 10 meters x 4.8 meters with a depth of 1 meter at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end. There is also a jacuzzi (heated pool) / kids pool that can be heated to about 24 degrees in cold months. The outside area offers plenty of space including a bread oven, BBQ, seating area, toilet with shower and several sun beds.

On top of the villa there is a roof-terrace as a quiet location for those sun lovers that want to stay away from the rest of their party.

Inside:
The property is divided in the main building with 4 bedrooms, main bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a separate apartment under the terrace area with the fifth bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and a small tea-point area.

Partial air conditioning (in some bedrooms) , Internet (Wi-Fi), safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, French, German and English), cot and high chair.

In the kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The property has four bathrooms, one with bath and wc and three with shower cubicle and wc (one of them near the pool)

Two of the bedrooms have an air conditioning unit and three have a fan.

As the property is in a large area with fruit trees, we have a gardener that might come to water the trees. The gardener will rarely need access to the property grounds but if that is required, he will contact the guests for permission.

Please note - Electricity and water are also included in the rental price. Electricity consumption is limited to a standard use of the property as a holiday villa - the permitted kilowatt consumption will be agreed with the owner during the booking process as well as the rate for any extra units of electricity consumed. The owner will provide you with the initial meter reading on arrival and monthly meter readings thereafter. He will inform you if the consumption is higher than the monthly amount included.

Winter availability from October to January, other months could be also possible. Winter prices might vary slightly from month to month.
